Delivery rates for our Tencel, Aloe & Paradise mattresses is €15 with an estimated lead time of 3-5 days.

Delivery rates for our Plush Velvet, Reversible & Luxury High mattresses is FREE with an estimated lead time of 3-10 days.

How To Select A Delivery Day

When you have made your order, contact us by phone or email & we will do our best to provide you with an estimated delivery date.

On Arrival

Our delivery team will bring your order to the door of your building. Goods brought upstairs at owers risk and please ensure that the area is clear.

Returns Policy & Guarantee:

All goods carry six months guarantee, your receipt is your guarantee.

A restocking charge of 25% is payable on all cancelled orders.

Delivery is "to your Door", goods brought upstairs at customers risk.

All queries and complaints will only be entertained on production of receipt.

Damages or shortages must be reported within 24 hours. After 24 hours no refunds or returns are available.
